30 Under 30 Awards - presented by Metro PCS, McDonald's and Nehemiah Corp

The salute to 30 outstanding young professionals, set as a part of the attractions of BLACK EXPO 2010, will be keynoted by one of the country’s youngest and brightest emerging business stars. Jerome Love, inspirational speaker, business leader and author, will be the guest speaker at The BLACK EXPO’s annual Community Breakfast. The Breakfast also serves as the event set aside to honor 30 regional young leaders, all under the age of 30 years of age.

Miss Black Expo

Local mentor Kanisha Allen has been selected by the OBSERVER Media Group as its Miss BLACK EXPO 2010. As “queen of the Expo” Ms. Allen will participate in a number of events activities at the 2010 Capital City BLACK EXPO, being held at the Sacramento Convention Center February 19-21.
